Lydia Murerwa is the Assistant Manager (HR & Administration). She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication and Sociology from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM).

Lydia has over 30 years’ experience having worked at East Africa Re as a Senior Office Administrator since 1994 before joining WAICA Reinsurance (Kenya) Ltd in January 2018 as the Head of Administration.
