Mr. Philip Wangili is the Assistant Manager (Technical). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Finance option) from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology and a Diploma in Actuarial Science.

He is currently undertaking a professional qualification with Chartered Insurance Institute of London (CII). Prior to joining WAICA Re (Kenya) in November 2018, he was the Head of Reinsurance at Allianz Insurance Co. of Kenya.
